Product Overview

Open blind rivet is the most widely used type of pop rivet. It consists of an aluminum rivet body and a steel mandrel. Installation is finished with a hand or pneumatic rivet gun. Since operation only requires access to one side of the material, it is the perfect fastener for closed boxes, thin sheet metal and assemblies where the rear side cannot be reached.

We strictly control wall thickness, hole tolerance and breaking force of each rivet. When pulled, the tail of the aluminum sleeve expands evenly to clamp two or more sheets tightly, then the mandrel snaps off at the preset point. Compared with cheap alternatives, our rivets form a neat, round rivet head, with low chance of mandrel flying randomly or cracking the rivet skin.
